What you can and can't do with the data you license from us.
This page summarizes the Data License Agreement you accept when you order. The agreement itself governs; this is a reader’s guide, not a substitute.
What you can do
- Load the data into your own CRM, data warehouse, BI tool, or marketing platform
- Use it for prospecting, account research, territory planning, market sizing, and investment analysis
- Share it with employees and contractors of the company named on the order, for that company’s internal use
- Combine it with your own data
What you can’t do
- Resell, sublicense, publish, or give the data to another company
- Post files or substantial extracts publicly
- Use it to build a competing data product
- Share your download links or files with people outside the company named on the order
How long you can use it
For the term of your subscription. Files you received during the term may be kept for your internal records after it ends, but no new files are delivered and the data should not be treated as current.
