How ordering and delivery work

We license data to US automotive businesses and the investors who back them. Ordering takes about two minutes, and most orders are approved the same business day.

1. Submit the order form

Go to Order data and tell us:

Your company, website, and work email (we can’t accept personal email addresses)
Which product or products you want
Purchase type: a monthly subscription (annual agreement, with a refreshed file every month) or a one-time download of the current file
A brief note on how you plan to use the data, so we can confirm it fits the license

You’ll get an automatic confirmation by email as soon as the form is submitted.

2. We confirm your order

We review every order by hand. For most companies this takes an hour or two during US business hours. If anything is unclear, we’ll email you; occasionally we’ll suggest a short call for custom or enterprise requests.

3. You receive an invoice

Approved orders receive an invoice from Wave, our billing provider, at the email address on the order. You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer (ACH).

Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly under a 12-month agreement, and can be set to pay automatically each cycle.
One-time downloads are billed once; you receive the current month’s file and no further updates.
Custom products are quoted first; the invoice follows your approval of the quote.

4. Your files arrive

Within one business day of payment you’ll receive a secure download link to your first file. Each month after that, the refreshed file arrives the same way, to the same address. There is no portal to log into and no account to create.

Inventory and vehicle data feeds are delivered through our inventory data partner; after approval we introduce you directly and they set up the feed.

Changing recipients, cancelling, or asking questions

Email info@automotivemarketdata.com from the address on the order. We can add or change the recipient of your monthly file at any time.
