Who can buy Automotive Market Data products?
We license to US automotive businesses — technology vendors, dealers and dealer groups, lenders, OEMs, agencies serving them — and to the investors who back those companies. Orders must come from a company email address.
How much does it cost?
US Franchise Dealer Group Mapping is $449 per month (annual agreement) or $1,499 for a one-time download. All US Franchise Dealers is $499 per month (annual agreement) or $1,699 one-time. Dealer Tech Vendor Reports and Dealer Inventory Feeds are priced per project based on scope.
What is the difference between the monthly subscription and the one-time download?
A subscription delivers a refreshed file every month for twelve months, so buy/sell activity, new stores, and closures stay current in your CRM. A one-time download is the current month's file with no updates.
How is the data delivered?
As a CSV file by secure download link sent to the email address on your order, within one business day of payment, and monthly after that for subscriptions. Inventory feeds are delivered through our inventory data partner. There is no portal or login.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice by email from Wave, our billing provider. Pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or ACH bank transfer. Subscriptions can be set to pay automatically each month.
Can I see the data before buying?
Yes. Each product page has a free one-state sample in the exact layout of the full file, and a field-by-field reference in the how-to guides.
Can I load the data into Salesforce or HubSpot?
Yes. The files are standard CSVs. The CRM import guide covers matching on dealer website domain and keeping records fresh each month.
Can I share the data with other companies or publish it?
No. Data is licensed for internal use by the company on the order. Resale, redistribution, and public posting are not permitted. See the plain-language license summary.
How current is the data?
Dealer websites are observed daily. Files are published monthly and reflect changes since the previous file. Inventory feeds update every 24 hours.
